JESUS HAS NOT FORGOTTEN ME

Jesus knew that we would struggle with feelings of worthlessness in this life. He knew that people would break our hearts. He knew that everywhere on earth we could possibly turn would be laden with pressure to measure up, fit in, be noticed, and prove that we have value.

He doesn’t do this to force us to be close to him, but to reassure us that he is close to us.

He doesn’t do this to shrink our world, but to free us to open up to the adventure of life with him.
